       The general drilling holes are vertical angle holes, the assembly holes and spokes holes are completely perpendicular to the rim center point. this processing is more convenient for machining and proofreading, with high production efficiency. There is a drawback that when assembly the wheel group since the lange hole and spokes hole allways have about 6 degrees angles in both longitudinal and radial directions, so the connection between spoke and nipples will always have a bend and can never be a straight line. If the tension on the spokes is a little higher, it would prone to breakage while riding. the 4D smart angle drilling technology made the drilling angle is slightly inclined. according to the pulling angle of each spoke, it is in the longitudinal and radial direction, each offset is about 6 degrees so that it is in line with the angle of flange to ensure the nipple and spokes to form a straight line as much as possible, Thus fundamentally solve the long-term problem of spokes pulling angles.

                                普通钻孔与4D多角度钻孔的区别
      传统普通车圈钻孔均为垂直单一角度孔,即所有车圈装配孔与辐条孔完全垂直于车圈圆心点.这样的处理更方便机械加工校对,生产效率高.弊端是装配轮组时,因花鼓法兰条孔与车圈辐条孔无论纵向径向均有6度左右斜角,所以辐条与辐条帽的连接始终会有一个折弯而总是不能成一条直线.张力稍高,骑行时就会容易从折弯处崩断辐条.4D孔即是把车圈的辐条孔钻孔角度稍作倾斜,依据每一根辐条的拉向角度,在纵向及径向各偏移6度左右,使之与花鼓法兰拉孔的角度成一条直线,保证后期辐条帽自适应辐条拉线角度而尽可能连成直线,从而根本上解决辐条拉线角度憋屈的历史问题.

     KOOZER TR30pro车圈采用先进的4D多角度钻孔设备,车圈的装配孔和辐条孔可以达到角度离心效果,形成角度反差,让车圈的每个孔都有任意角度的切向角与俯向角,更好的配合花鼓条孔角度.在装配后,尽可能的让车圈孔+条帽+辐条+花鼓条孔连成直线,使辐条张力达到醉佳状态,强度更高又同时降低辐条断裂风险.
